This week I have been

It has been a week of celebration.

It started with George’s splint coming off, Mr H’s 40th birthday weekend in Manchester and then H2 turning 1 year old. How has it been 12 months of H2 being in business. It’s been a busy week. And with more birthday celebrations this weekend for Mr H we are all looking forward to the weekend. A blend of family time and time spent with friends.

How was your week?

It goes without saying there has been an awful lot of cake consumed this week. Some good food and fun times together. We managed to sneak in a cinema trip also which was lovely as it we had the cinema to ourselves.

And so this week I have been…

Enjoying a slow Sunday

After an early morning trip to the cinema we enjoyed a slow Sunday at home. There was football, catching up on a few things, a Sunday roast and a whole lot of nothing else. It was bliss.

Watching

I have been binge watching The Crown. I’ve now managed to watch all 3 series. It is brilliant. How did I miss this? The fashion. The relationships. Learning about the Royal Family – I’m sure some of it is embellished. Nonetheless it is really interesting. Have you seen it?

Wearing

Bare leg in one of my Spring dresses. And don’t get me wrong it was a little chilly but it was worth it. On Saturday morning we wandered around the streets of Manchester, they were quiet and beautiful. Peaceful and full of character. The sun was shining, the sky was blue and it felt like Spring.

Listening

On Friday night we went to see 1975 in Manchester. It was the start of Mr H’s birthday celebrations. They were so good. The band and show they put on really was incredible.

And that’s my this week I have been update. Have a wonderful weekend and days ahead.
