The one where H2 turns 2! 🥳

I couldn’t let this week pass without making another balloon arch 🎈. We didn’t really celebrate turning 1 last year as the world was changing at such a rapid pace, here’s to March 1st 2022 when we can have a huge party!

I have a feeling my girls @katemeakin_ @missjojames are going to request a balloon arch now for their birthdays 💕

12 months ago I wasn't as confident of reaching our 2nd birthday as I am now about our 3rd. It's been a really tough year, we have been hugely challenged but with the right approach and a lot of hard work as a team we are stronger for it 👊🏼

A little shout out to Mr H who helped me create the balloon arch - always supporting me and there when I need a boost after a difficult or long day, week or month. 😘

Phew I nearly missed our monthly family photo, quite literally the end of the month has crept up on me and I realised today that March is tomorrow.

And what a gorgeous weather weekend for the last one of the month ☀️.

As we spent the whole weekend enjoying the sunshine in the garden it was the perfect spot to grab our #meandmineproject photo for

And so, it’s the end of Chapter 2 - despite everything, it’s been a great month. Boris’ announcement, brighter days, the sunshine arriving and... Mr H passed his exam so we’re celebrating tonight 🥰

Anyone else watching #ThisIsUs and completely glued to the weekly episode release?

Such a great series, I binge watched the first 4 series, hugely recommended. And this last season has been filmed whilst the pandemic so feels very real and raw in parts 😘

In other news, based on the weather forecast it looks like I won’t be wearing tights any longer, I best get my fake tan out for my rather pale legs ☀️

How many dates, group chats, catch ups, drinks, play dates and holidays did you consider last night?

I’m really looking forward to popping things back in the family calendar, I feel hopeful they won’t be rubbed off this year.

Although, I’m also not rushing back to pre Covid life, I’ve enjoyed pulling back, considering friendships, less planning, focusing on what’s important. There’s so many positives to take away from this forced break in behaviour.

Or are you still holding back or are you full steam ahead?
