Hey there, how are you?
Is anyone else missing the sunshine? What a week of weather – sunshine, rain, storms, hot and cold. I’ve never willed the sunshine to return as much as I am now. And not just so that I can sit out in the garden. You see, it’s George’s 9th birthday in a few days, and as we can’t have the birthday party he originally wanted we need the sun to shine on our garden.
Dear Mr Weatherman, please be kind. Please be generous. We would like sunshine and a few dry days. That’s not too much to ask right?
And so, for this week’s Friday Favourites post I’m picking out a few of my favourite things from the week gone by. The little things that have made me smile; the clothes I have worn, my new garden mirror, a garden rug, taking time our to read and watching my gorgeous George thrive. I haven’t had a lot of down time this week so these favourites are all from last weekend. Two glorious days spent together in our little family bubble.
