Me and Mine in March.
And just like that Mr H’s birthday month came and went in a flash. And despite saying that, when I look back at our family photos from March I can’t help but feel like they were taken so long ago. I think that’s because they were taken on the first two days of the month as we celebrated in the Peak District.
March has been a month of firsts in so many ways. I set up my new business after month’s in the planning, we launched March 4th and gosh has March been a bit of a whirlwind. The days have been longer, lighter mornings and evenings with Spring in full bloom. Although I am still waiting for the trees to be filled with all the blossom so that I can grab the perfect shot for the gram.
And so let me tell you a little about Chapter 3 of 2019…
The month started with blue skies as we celebrated Mr H’s birthday and the launch of my new business. We climbed up to Thor’s Cave, enjoyed the hot tub at our lodge and great food. We have spent evenings and spare moments watching Tim Tracker vlogs about all things Orlando, waterparks and theme parks. There have been blue skies and lovely school runs as well as lazy Sunday’s watching Harry Potter movies in preparation for our trip which seems to be just around the corner. And lastly the month ended me with spending a day at a local wellness centre which I have to say was much needed after four busy weeks.
And so, here are a few things we have been loving in March…
Mummy…
Watching Tim Tracker vlogs, catching up with friends which involved lots of cocktails and good food, Sunday’s spent with George as Mr H is revising, launching my new business H2 Consultancy and lastly blue skies and blossom trees.
George…
Scoring four goals in a football match, coming to Mummy’s office, play dates with his friend Izzy, watching Harry Potter and lastly the countdown to our trip to Florida.
Daddy…
Time spent with friends celebrating birthdays, finally getting to the point of booking fastpasses for Florida, Alton Towers re opening for the season, watching George play football and lastly a father and son day.
And that’s this months Me and Mine, our little family in March. If you hadn’t already guessed it in April we are off to Florida and we cannot wait. It has been months in the planning and a year of saving for such a huge break. We are all so excited. In April you will see a huge change in the blog, the theme will be changing to a design I have wanted for so long as well as my name will be changing to ‘The KA Edit’. I am really happy about it and hope that you like it. It just feels right. Have a great month and see you on the other side.
