#MyFamilyAdventures – August

And so just like that September has arrived, we are back to school and work, routine and dark mornings. It doesn’t feel like September that’s for sure, Autumn seems to be coming early and if truth be told I’m not quite ready for it. Less about that and more about August. As I sit here pulling together this months round up of adventures albeit a little late with being in Spain I can’t help but think that we had a great summer. July was relaxed whereas August was filled with days out, unplanned trips to a lavender field, play dates and lets not forget our little family holiday.

Are you ready to read all about our little family Adventures in August? Grab a cuppa and enjoy our month in a few words and pictures. And don’t forget to pop over to see what the other Bloggers’ joining in have been doing or indeed add your own adventures at the end…

August has been a month of two halves. The first part was filled with play dates with George’s school friends something I promised myself last year that I would make the effort to do this summer and I am so glad that we did. Just like July we spent the first part of August stealing moments of sunshine and dry weather in between the rain showers, grabbing every opportunity to get some fresh air. And of course the second part we spent in Spain enjoying the blue skies and fun at the beach.

Here are a few photo’s from our month…

Apologies for all the holiday spam this month but I couldn’t resist. Once again thank you all so much for joining in with #MyFamilyAdventures in August. It would be great to see what you have been doing – whether a day out, a round up of your month as a family or even a holiday – please grab my badge or at least add a link to say where you are joining in so that people know where to find the link up. And of course I’ll see you in the comments – don’t forget to share the love with the other lovely bloggers who join in each month.
