Me and Mine – November 2021

The truth is life got incredibly busy the last few weeks of the year, so I’m just trying to squeeze in our little family updates before we jump into a new year. Where did that time go? Keeping a record of months gone by as well as a family photo or two is so important to me, I guess you could say that I failed on both accounts in November. I only realised that I didn’t actually manage to update the blog a few days ago.

As a I write this post we are at the end of December, having spent the last two months of the year wrapped up in one huge and wonderfully sparkly festive bubble. So here’s how November went for our little family…

November saw the start of our festive days out, planning get togethers with friends and family. Visiting the Christmas Tree Farm and decorating our house. There were football matches, goals scored and a visit to the Cinema. It was the perfect build up to the month of December.

And so, it’s the end of Chapter 11.

Before we jump into December, eggnog latte and mulled wine a plenty, let me tell you a little more about the things that have made us smile, here is…

ME AND MINE – NOVEMBER 2021

GEORGE

Picking up his fired Emma Bridgewater mug from our trip in October half term, taking the man of the match trophy for his football team Newcastle Wanderers, a sleepover at Nanny’s, visiting the Christmas Tree Farm, decorating his bedroom for Christmas and playing in his School Football Team.

DADDY

Watching George play football and being awarded man of the match, planning festive menus and days out as a family, decorating the house for Christmas time and enjoying Christmas drinks in Manchester.

MUMMY

Christmas drinks with a friend at the Manchester Markets, present shopping in actual shops unlike 2020, picking out our Christmas Trees at our local farm, picking up Gooey cookies and decorating the house for December.

BOBBY

Running through muddy puddles x5.

AND THAT’S OUR ME AND MINE – NOVEMBER 2021

Despite everything the world continues to throw at us I am so glad that we have still managed to capture our little family during the strangest of times. As we move rapidly through 2021, our 6th year taking part in this #meandmineproject I am excited to see how the final month of the year develops.

And so, Chapter 12 of 2021 awaits. Have a great month ahead.
