3 reasons to train at MADE Fitness Centre

Let me introduce you to MADE – a Wellness Centre in Staffordshire. A haven of tranquillity, positivity, fun and health. It’s been a while since I stepped inside a fitness centre, pre-Covid actually. You might recall me being a member in 2019, well I’m back and I thought I would share my thoughts with you. Like some of you, returning to a gym setting worried me a little, being back indoors with the most people I have since the pandemic felt like a big deal. I needn’t have worried because MADE are following all the necessary protocols and make each member feel at ease.

Made – Made to Nourish. Made to Evolve. Made to Inspire.

I remember reading these words on my first ever visit and they still inspire me to this day. Penny who is the mastermind behind MADE has designed every element of your journey to ensure you leave invigorated and empowered. One of the coaches once said to me, once you go MADE you don’t go back. I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. Something else that really stands out is the sense of community and the team at MADE have worked hard to create that.

3 reasons to train at MADE Fitness Centre

1. The setting

Warm and welcoming. Bright and inspiring. The views from the studio and the lake are incredible. The sun shining through the windows, even the rain bouncing off the roof is refreshing. A huge change from the dirt and dust. From rain falling through the cracks in the roof. It’s hard to think about ever going back to training in a dirty warehouse. Who wouldn’t want to train here? It truly is worth the investment in both your time and money.

2. The MADE app

Unlike most fitness centre apps there is so much more to it than just booking a class. A dedicated section which allows you to chat to members, instructors, share updates and see any class amendments. I love that the app promotes a sense of community. You can find all kinds of information on the app including workouts for when you use the gym or train at home and so much more.

3. The equipment and variety in classes

The equipment screams quality. And the variety and quantity too. No-one is ever short of a kettle bell or barbell. The instructors are a breath of fresh air. Their focus isn’t just on weight training or 6 week boot camps and weighing out your food. They are passionate about education, your well being, creating a positive space for you to train in, as well as making the classes engaging and fun. Ultimately it’s about you.
